Who is the core customer? Health-conscious adults 25 to 60 seeking detoxification, athletic recovery, stress relief and skin health. Frequent users include busy professionals, fitness enthusiasts and wellness-oriented parents who want a quick, high-impact experience. What does it cost to open? Item 7 of our Franchise Disclosure Document lists a total investment range of $378,979 to $630,700, including franchise fee, sauna suite package, build-out, marketing and working capital.
